Refund policy

Our return policy

    • All items are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week of the date you received the item. All other submissions will not be accepted.
    • If you believe your package has been lost, please reach out to us and let us know within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date (5 business days after your order). We will not consider lost package claims that are submitted more than 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. Email contact@shopjordanmatter.com to submit a claim regarding a lost package.
